Our kitchen philosophy is based on delivering the highest quality and freshest food at a fair price to our guests. We make all of our sauces and soups in house. All of our soups are made daily with the freshest available ingredients.
Turkey, roast beef and pulled pork are cooked in house. Our signature ribs are dry rubbed and cooked in slow cooked ovens for over 6 hours virtually on a daily basis. We poach our own chicken for chicken salad and marinate all of our chicken for our grilled sandwiches
Our menu has grown over the first five years in business by listening to our guests and their desires. We have added more salads, a larger selections of burgers and sandwiches and lunch size portions have been added to our salad selections.
